NO REFUND POLICY
The Death Doula Certificate Course and Business Mentorship Program offered by Death Doula Coach and The Good Death Experience is a non-refundable program once the Program has begun and accessed, there will be absolutely no refunds.
If you have an emergency situation that prevents you from completing the Program, you may reschedule the Program for a later date, up to one year from the date of purchase. Rescheduling the Program is subject to availability and must be arranged with the Company. The rescheduling option is non-transferable and is only available to the original purchaser of the Program.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program and its dates at any time and will provide a full refund in the event of cancellation. The Company also reserves the right to deny access to the Program to anyone who violates the Code of Conduct or any other policies of the Company.
By purchasing the Program, you agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy, and to the Code of Conduct and any other policies of the Company.
CODE OF CONDUCT
The Death Doula Certificate Course and Business Mentorship Program offered by Death Doula Coach and The Good Death Experience is designed to provide a safe and respectful learning environment for all students. In order to ensure that the Program is a positive and inclusive experience for everyone, we ask that you adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
Respect: We expect all students to treat each other with respect and dignity, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.
Inclusivity: We value diversity and inclusivity and strive to create a welcoming environment for all students.
Professionalism: We expect all students to act professionally and responsibly, and to use appropriate language and behavior.
Confidentiality: We respect the privacy and confidentiality of all students and ask that you do the same. Any personal information that you learn about other students should be kept confidential.
Communication: We encourage open and respectful communication among all students and ask that you address any concerns or issues directly with the Company.
Compliance: We expect all students to comply with all laws and regulations related to the Program, and to follow the policies and procedures of the Company.
The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, including expulsion from the Program, with no refunds if a student violates this Code of Conduct. The Company also reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time.
